Heated debate in Victoria parliament as Premier Dan Andrews is labelled ‘dictator’ Videos

Daniel Andrews (right) was called a 'dictator' in a hysterical 'screaming match' in the Victorian Parliament over his new pandemic management laws - as two polls show his popularity slipping.
