Putin visits Crimea on annexation anniversary as he faces ICC arrest warrant

Nine years ago, Russia annexed the peninsula of Crimea from Ukraine and on Saturday, Russian President Vladimir Putin made a surprise visit to the region to celebrate the anniversary.
