We all know that Marvel and DC are the biggest and most established and definitive brands in comic book industry. Both these comic houses have seen their comic book characters being brought to life on the big screen. The fans were super excited to see all their favorite comic book heroes being brought to life. Both these comic book brands have churned out some super ideal comic book adaptations movies, but we all know well that Marvel has exceeded all the fans’ expectation and has performed extremely well. The entire Marvel Cinematic Universe had kick-started in the year, 2008 with Marvel Studios having released the movie, Iron Man. This had started just as an experimental endeavor, and soon it became a huge hit, and the fans were loving it.
Now, when we look at DC, they seem to be playing a game of catch up and in the year, 2013, they had started their DC Extended Universe.
DC is now coming up with a major movie universe as a rival for Marvel’s Cinematic Universe, and this has caused a whole lot friction between the two comic book houses and more still, between the fans.
